Michael's Treehouse



Like most people, I never seem to find enough time in the month to do all the things I'd like to do - and of course there's never enough money to pay for them! But I consider myself fortunate to have plenty of interests.

Environment Protecting the environment and helping us move towards a sustainable future has always been part of my life. It remains one of my strongest hopes.	Cycling I rode my first bike when I was 9 or 10, but it wasn't until I reached 17 that I discovered the joys of club cycling. Once bitten, I never looked back.	Badminton Badminton captured my imagination in Year 10 at KEVICS, and I've continued to enjoy the game ever since.

Poultry A family friend kindly gave me a pair of Silkies when I was a toddler, they just kept on breeding ..	Film-making It's hard to know when film-making took hold of me, but it probably goes back to KEVICS again.	Music Music has always been a major part of my life. It must be in my genes!

Computer programming It's hard to describe the excitement I found in computers way back at KEVICS, but it continues to this day.	Working with children Sometimes hard work, but definitely the most rewarding of all my activites.	Other Interests Star Trek & Doctor Who, Green Party, vegetarian diets, gardening, teaching, electoral reform, maths & science, movies, local community.
